Side dishes at Bar Cento include some of the best french fries (pomme frites) in the city, served with house-made mayonnaise (as unlike Hellman's as you can get) and a roasted red pepper dipping sauce. Other sides include roasted beets with bleu cheese and braised Ohio greens and beans.
