Bar Cento, located in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood across the street from the West Side Market, is a bright light in Cleveland food scene. Opened in the fall of 2007, this cozy eatery features 100 wines and an array of tasty pizzas, appetizers, and hearty entrees--all made from the freshest ingredients, most of them locally made.
Chef Jonathon Sawyer is a Cleveland native and graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. His restaurant experience includes working under Iron Chef Michael Symon at Lola and Lolita and under Charlie Palmer at Kitchen 22 and Aureole in New York City.
Bar Cento is open to dinner and late-night dinning ('til 2am) seven days a week.
