  • Chelsea's Costumes - 1412 W. 116th St., Cleveland; 216 226-9147; Open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm; features mostly vintage costumes and used clothing.
  • Cleveland Costume & Display - 18489 Pearl Rd.; Strongsville, OH 44136; 440 846-9292; Rents and sells a wide variety of costumes; Halloween costumes are stocked by September 1.; Open Tuesday - Friday: 10am -7pm; Saturday 10am -2pm; closed on Sundays.

  • The Cleveland Shop - 11606 Detroit Ave., Cleveland; 216 228-9725; Open September through December 31; Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 6pm; Thursday from 11am to 7pm; extended hours during Halloween season; specializes in period costumes from the 1920's to the 1970's.
