The Terminal Tower at Public Square, built in 1930, is the architectural symbol of Cleveland. Originally set atop the Union rail terminal, the beautiful ground level space has been transformed into a spacious and beautiful shopping and entertainment complex called the Avenue at Tower City.

The floors are marble, the railings are polished brass, and the ceilings are hand-painted. Retail stores are tucked into vintage spaces as well as new wide-open, light and airy lofts. Shops at the Avenue include:
  • Ann Taylor
  • Bath Body Works
  • Brooks Brothers
  • Claire's
  • Foot Locker
  • Johnston and Murphy Shoes
  • MAC Cosmetics
  • Papyrus
  • White Barn Candle
The complex is also home to several restaurants and an international food court. Restaurants include: The Avenue at Tower City is attached to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel. Tower City Cinemas show first run films and is the site of the annual Cleveland International Film Festival each Spring. Services at the Avenue include:
  • Valet Parking
  • Les Amis Salon and Spa
  • wireless Internet access
  • Two Banks
  • Post Office
Getting to and from the Avenue is easy. The complex is connected to Cleveland RTA Rapid Transit trains. It's just 20 minutes and $3.50 to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. You can also walk to Progressive Field and the Quicken Loans Arena through a series of enclosed walkways.
