Parnell's Pub, on Lee Road near Cedar, is more than just a before or after-theater drinking spot. It's a lively, quirky bar that offers a cozy atmosphere, dark mahogany Irish-style bar, a full complement of Irish whiskeys and beers, and live (Irish and non-Irish) music on Tuesday and Friday evenings.Parnell's offers a small menu of tasty pub selections, including a Lenten fish and chips special for $6.50 and yummy lightly fried vegetables. They are always featuring some drink special, such as the current $5 Miller Lite pitchers during Cavs broadcasts. Of course, Parnell's is one the city's best places to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, but the place is also warm and inviting all year round.
