Talkin' with Smokin' Joe Jackson
Joe Jackson, better known as "Smokin' Joe," has been competing in Cleveland's Great American Rib Cook-off since 1999. The Columbus-based caterer is a regular on the summer festival circuit, attending 13 events this season. He admits to having a soft spot for Cleveland, however.
