The Great Geauga County Fair
The Great Geauga County Fair, held at the Geauga County Fairground in Burton over Labor Day weekend each year, has been delighting residents since 1823. The five-day event features livestock, live entertainment, a midway of rides, and lots of fair food, just to name a few attractions. The 2008 dates are August 28 - September 1.

Great Lakes Medieval Faire and Marketplace
Each summer weekend, from early July to mid-August, an ordinary field in Geneva, Ohio transforms itself into the Medieval village of Avaloch. For 16 years, the Great Lakes Medieval Faire has delighted Northeast Ohio residents and visitors with jousting, period dress, traditional food, and Medieval song and dance.
