Pinky's Daily Planner, in business since 1997, is the brainchild of Stephanie Fralick, Pinky's president and principal designer. Pinky's fashion is fun and classic, with just a touch of quirkiness.
The Collection: Pinky's Daily Planner calls its fashion "handmade clothes for the high-spirited girl." Their latest collection includes bandeau tops; hand-loomed, fluffy, cropped sweaters; and classic, short-skirted, hand-painted dresses.
More about the Collection: Prominently featured in the fall collection are “Bella” dresses: well-above-the-knee, boat-necked dresses in crisp, striped, cotton shirting material or soft, silk charmeuse. Flowers predominate in this collection; appliqués on full skirted dresses and hand-painted designs on Egyptian cotton skirts.
Where is Pinky's?: Pinky's Daily Planner, formerly located in Cleveland's Tower Press Building is moving to a new showroom in Tremont for Spring of 2008. The fashion house holds periodic open houses and private fittings and viewings are available by appointment.
What's Next for Pinky's?: Pinky's will release their new collection in spring of 2008. New this year are "Pinky's Pouches," handmade purses that coordinate with Pinky's fashion. Pinky's also has just launched a new maternity line, called "Pinky's Baby Planner."
