Anne Price is a freelance writer and conflicts researcher for Baker & Hostetler, who served as solo reporter for The Wellington Enterprise and The Amherst News-Times. Prior to that, she worked part-time for The Morning Journal as a cops beat reporter and wrote
feature articles for Scene andFriday! magazines. She is a periodic contributor to About.com Cleveland and covers the Cleveland International Film Festival each year.
Education
Anne has a paralegal certification from Myers College and an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Lorain County Community College. Her dream is to eventually support herself solely through freelance writing and telecommuting jobs from home, "like renowned recluse Howard Hughes, but with prettier pajamas."
About Anne
A single mother and practically lifelong resident of Ohio, she hopes to return to
school when her children are grown and pursue a BA in Education from Ashland University. In the meantime, she can be found at most live blues events, playing trivia in local dive bars, catching independent and foreign films at The Cedar Lee, and anywhere extra-caffeinated coffee is sold by the gallon.
