The North Coast Golf Show, held each February in Cleveland, features hundreds of golf equipment, travel, and fashion vendors as well as golf celebrities, golf demonstrations, and a manufacturers' demo driving range. It's a great way to get your golf "fix" in the dead of winter. The 2009 show will be held February 20-22.

The Vendors:

Hundreds of exhibitors will feature information on golfing vacations and equipment as well as sell golf fashion, gifts, and the latest in golfing equipment. Past exhibitors have included American Golf Assn., Aurora Golf and Country Club, Finger Lakes Golf, PGA of America, Renaissance Quail Hollow, and Seven Springs Resort.

The Attractions:

In addition to the exhibitors, the North Coast Golf Show will feature lectures and demonstrations by golf pros; a manufacturers' demo driving range where you can test clubs by Ping, Cleveland, Callaway, and others; and the Cleveland long drive competition in four divisions with clubs and other golf goodies as prizes.

The Celebrities:

Featured golf pros and celebrities will include Jason Zuback, the US long-drive champion, Brian Paulet, and Terry Miskolczi, voted one of Golf Magazine's top 100 golf teachers of the year for 2006.

Hours and Admission:

The North Coast Golf Show is open Friday from 2pm to 8pm, Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and on Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Admission for 2009 was $9 for adults and $8 for seniors. Children 12 and under enter free. In addition, each paid admission receives a one-year subscription to Golf Magazine.
