Bo Loong: Cleveland's Best Chinese Restaurant

Bo Loong offers excellent Chinese cuisine at affordable prices. Plus, they serve late into the evening. Try them after the theater or other downtown event.

Bo Loong is a Cleveland food institution. In business since 1986, the large restaurant is always crowded, with Asian and non-Asian patrons alike. The menu is varied and includes old standbys, such as Moo Goo Gai Pan and Kung Pao Chicken as well as harder to find specialties, such as quail egg entrees. The soups are fragrant and homemade and the egg rolls, always a good indication of quality in an Asian restaurant, are light and perfectly cooked.

Dim Sum is served daily at Bo Loong, between 10am and 3pm. A cart piled with small plates of goodies is wheeled around the dining room and patrons choose (by pointing unless you speak Mandarin) those they'd like to sample.

Bo Loong has a full bar and hosts karaoke beginning at 10pm most nights. During Chinese New Year, each winter, the restaurant features special celebratory dishes as well as a nightly Lion Dance.
