"Mounted police pose for a photograph in 1909 in front of the Central Armory, located near the north end of East 6th Street. The armory was built in 1893 by Cuyahoga County to house the Ohio National Guard and was also used to host large public events when not being used by the Guard. It was demolished during Urban Renewal in the 1960s."
