"The Hollenden Hotel at the corner of Superior and East 6th Street ca. 1900. The grandest hotel in Cleveland at the time it opened in 1885, the eight-story hotel featured electric lights and its dining room was a popular gathering spot for visiting dignitaries, including United States presidents, local politicians, and the well-to-do of Cleveland."
