Ohio's wineries are becoming more widely known. The nineteen wineries in Lake and Ashtabula Counties as well as the dozen or so Lake Erie Island area wineries, produce excellent Rieslings, Chambourtins, and Icewines. There are even some good red wines. This 240-page, softcover book tells all about them as well as their tasting rooms, restaurants, gift shops, and nearby accommodations.

Chalet Debonne, located in Madison Ohio, produces some of the area's best wines. Their Vidal icewine is a consistant award winner. The winery also craft an enjoyable Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Chambourtin, among others. Currently, they ship only to Ohio addresses.
