Before leaving downtown, head north to Superior Avenue and turn right to the Cleveland Public Library, the country’s third largest research library, and its adjoining outdoor reading garden located at 325 Superior Ave. Demarcated by a garden gate executed by Tom O'tterness, the reading garden provides a great place to take a break or enjoy a good book. Look around carefully because O’tterness’ bronze figures adorn the planters and window ledges of the 80-year-old main building.
