Finally we end our tour of Cleveland Public Art on the westside at Baltic Park found on the corner of West 110th Street and Baltic Avenue just north of Detroit Road. The playground floor depicts multi-colored shapes that sinuously flow and combine to reflect the neighborhood children’s ideas of color-coded sound waves explored during workshops. The final design embossing the rubberized play area was executed by artists Laila Voss and Jef Scharf.
