Icons of America - A Century of Photos from the Cleveland Museum of Art

The Cleveland Museum of Art, whose permanent collection is currently closed to the public during their $258 million rennovation project, has announced a new temporary showing of 117 photographic works from the museum's collection. The exhibit, "Icons of America: A Century of Photos from the Cleveland Museum of Art," will be shown from June 24 through September 16. It features work from such renowned photographers as Ansel Adams, Margaret Bourke-White, and Alfred Stieglitz.

The exhibit will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm and on Wednesday until 9pm. The museum is closed on Monday. Admission is free. Cleveland Museum of Art's permanent collection will begin reopening in early 2008.
