Dinner starts with a mushroom soup and orange ginger salad. For dinner, your choices include Chicken, a variety of steak, pork, seafood, vegetarian as well as authentic Japanese dishes. All dinners include vegetables, fried rice, and shrimp flambe, hot off the grill. Dinner ends with sherbet and a fortune cookie, as well as a full tummy.The chefs are great at personalizing the experience for the crowd. They cracks jokes; throw food high into the air; make art out of the fried rice in shapes, such as a heart; and create onion volcanoes with fire flaming high up into the air.
