First Night Akron

This is the downtown Akron's 13th annual celebration of family fun in an alcohol free environment. Enjoy indoor and outdoor entertainment for the whole family with more than 70 artists and performing groups. This is the biggest event in Akron with many downtown businesses and attractions participating. Cost: $10 adults, Kids 10 and under free with adult.

Get a head start on your New Year's Celebration by starting a night early at Laser Quest. On December 30th from midnight to 6am, enjoy unlimited laser quest games, there will be specialty games, light refreshments, and great music all night long. Generally, this event brings in the teens and 20-year-old crowd. Cost: $30 in Advance.

Real Life New Year's Eve Event: Moonlight Metropolis
The Real Life Singles' group for 30's at The Chapel are hosting this New Year's Eve event at the Tadmore Shrine Temple. This semi-formal event starts at 630pm with a dinner and entertainment. Cost is $15.
