Kelleys Island Outdoor Film Festival

Sunday August 2, 2009
Mark your calendars. The Kelleys Island Film Festival is August 7-8 (2009), on the lakeshore on the Lake Erie island, just off the coast of Marblehead. The free event will feature nightly film screenings on a 40-foot inflatable screen, accompanied by surround sound. The schedule is as follows:
  • Friday, August 7 - Momma Mia and The Graduate
  • Saturday, August 8 - Kung Fu Panda and Bladerunner
Films begin at dusk and there will be popcorn and other concessions as well as a late night ferry to take viewers back to the mainland after the film.

This is going to be an amazing gathering of families, and you shouldn’t miss it! Even if you can’t stay overnight, the ferry will be running after each night’s films. And you can’t beat the price: 100% FREE! If you’ve never been to Kelleys Island, this is your perfect reason to visit—-and believe me, you’re in for some very warm and satisfying surprises. No one visits Kelleys only once! Hope to see you here during our first Outdoor film festival!!!
