Ohio FREE Fishing Days - May 2 and 3
Wednesday April 29, 2009
Residents can fish Lake Erie or the many rivers and streams in the state on May 2 and May 3 for FREE (without having to get a license). Non-residents and those wishing to fish the rest of the season will still need to obtain an Ohio fishing license.(Photo courtesy of Ohio Dept of Travel and Tourism)

Why not offer the free fishing days to non-residents as well as residents? All of Ohio’s bordering states offer free fishing days to non-residents! We promise to throw the big ones back!!
Will these days agian be free in 2009?
