Celebrate Chinese New Year in Cleveland

Saturday January 10, 2009
The week-long celebration that is Chinese New Year begins on January 26. Clevelanders can join in the festivities at Chinese restaurants all over town.

From Pearl of the Orient on the east side of town to Bo Loong in Cleveland's near eastside Asiatown district to Dragon Towers near Kamms Corners on the west side, the area's Chinese eateries are offering special meals, lion dances, and good wishes for the "Year of the Ox" (year 4707 in the Chinese calendar).
