OSU Buckeyes to Play in the Fiesta Bowl

The #10-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes, coached by Jim Tressel (pictured at right), will face the #3-ranked Texas Longhorns in the Fiesta Bowl on January 5 it was announced yesterday. The Fiesta Bowl, a part of the BCS Championship Series, is played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

The Buckeyes are no strangers to the Fiesta Bowl. This will be the fifth time that the team has played in this event since its inception in 1971. They have a pretty good record; OSU has won all four previous matches.
