The annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival starts this weekend, on July 25, in Canton with a food festival, fireworks, and invitational hot air balloon competition, and runs through August 4. The festival includes 17 events, the most noteworthy of which are the Hall of Fame induction ceremony on August 2 and the Hall of Fame football game, featuring the Indianapolis Colts vs. the Washington Redskins, on August 3. Other events include a parade, a roundtable discussion with the inductees, fireworks, and a concert

The 2008 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees include Art Monk, Emmitt Thomas, Andre Tippet, Gary Zimmerman, Fred Dean, and Darrell Green.
