Pride in Cleveland

Tuesday June 17, 2008
Gay Pride Weekend in Cleveland is June 20-22, 2008. A series of events designed to celebrate the diversity and contributions of the LGBT community in Cleveland, as well as those of their friends and family, are scheduled throughout town.

You don't have to be gay to enjoy the festivities...just open-minded. Last year, more than 10,000 people participated in the parade and many more attended the festival. This year's events include:
  • June 21 - 2008 Cleveland Pride Parade - W. 3rd St. and Rockwell to Voinovich Park, via Lakeside Ave. and E 9th St. - Step-off is at 12 noon
  • June 21 - Cleveland Pride Festival - Voinovich Park (behind the Rock Hall) - noon to 8pm - $10 - $20 donation suggested
