Memorial Day Weekend in Cleveland

Memorial Day weekend, in Cleveland, is the unofficial start to the summer season, and there are lots of activities to help kick it off. Among the highlights are:- Great American Rib Cookoff and Music Festival at the Time-Warner Cable Amphitheater, which runs from Friday through Monday, and features delicious food and music from Shinedown, Third Eye Blind, and others. Plus admission is free for lunch (noon to 4pm) on Friday and from noon to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
- Greek Heritage Festival at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation in Tremont.
- Chagrin Falls Blossom Festival, which includes a parade Sunday at 2pm, rides, food, music, hot air balloon rides, and fun
- Lake View Cemetery Memorial Day Service, a salute to America's war dead at the Garfield Monument, 1030am
