Thursday February 21, 2008
slyman's corned beefWe've always known that Cleveland has great food, especially her ethnic food, but it's nice to see the national press start to take notice. The latest in a string of food articles about Cleveland is this list of the nation's best sandwiches by Esquire Magazine.

Of the 38 sandwiches mentioned, three may be found in Cleveland:
  • The Trailer Park Monte Cristo at the Beachland Ballroom
  • Slyman's Corned Beef Sandwich (pictured at right)
  • Polish Boy at Freddie's Rib House on 14th and St. Clair
