The Greater Cleveland Film Commission, the body that lobbies films to shoot in Cleveland, announced Wednesday that the crew of Spiderman 3 is coming to Cleveland in April to film some exterior shots. 
A 150-person crew is expected in town in late April to film for ten days, primarily along Euclid Avenue, between Public Square and Playhouse Square.
No word yet if stars, Tobey Maguire or Kirsten Dunst will be visiting Cleveland or whether the production will be using local extras. More information on this as it becomes available. Spiderman 3 is due in theaters in May, 2007. Read about other movies that were filmed in Cleveland.
